My approach is built on collaboration, where I will both guide and follow your lead and challenge and meet you where you’re at. I am interested in getting to know you as a person, beyond the clinical lens that can leave many feeling disconnected and pathologized. Trauma work should be given the time and space it deserves—that you deserve. My goal is to help you regain parts of yourself that you may have lost, create a positive relationship within yourself and lasting relationships with others, engage in deep, emotional work that gets to the core issue(s), and ultimately, to live a life that excites, inspires, and is authentic to you.
